Have an issue you want addressed by the board? Fill out the Action Item Form and submit it to the Board. Any form received by the Board will be reviewed at the next scheduled board meeting.
To the right are two links to download the Action Item Form. The DOC format download is a zip file. You can download the zip file, extract the form to your desktop, fill it out, save it, and then zip it back up and email it to the board. No paper necessary! The form is too big to email without zipping it, so if you want to submit the form via email, you have to zip it! If you don't have zip file software, it can be downloaded for free here.
Want some help making sure you didn't forget something when you leave? Download the Departure Checklist to the right!
Buck Lake Anti-Harrassment Policy
The Buck Lake Campground Association strictly adheres to an anti-harassment policy with its membership, guests, employees, and contractors. Signing the code of conduct is a condition of membership and to remain in good standing with the association each member must have submitted a signed code of conduct form.
Our goal is to provide an environment free from tensions created by ethnic, racial, sexual or religious remarks, animosity, bullying, unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors, or other such conduct.
Harassment includes, without limitation, verbal harassment (epithets, derogatory statements, slurs), physical harassment (assault, physical interference with normal work or involvement), visual harassment (posters, cartoons, drawings), and innuendo.
Violation of this conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership and/or guest privileges or contracts.
How to report a violation:
All reports must be submitted in writing. Fill out an Action Form and give to any member of the board.
If it is determined for any reason that an accusation is false, it will be considered an act of harassment and may result in suspension or termination of membership and/or guest privileges or contracts.
Buck Lake Campground Association complies with all local and state laws.
